Entry is now open for this year’s Optimum Performance Cup Tournament on Sunday 19th April 2020. Closing date for entries is 31st March.
Please complete the Entry form above, having read the terms and conditions, and return it to [email protected] together with the registration fee of £45 per team.
Please ensure that you provide a contact name and email address so we can ensure you are kept uptodate with all information.
Please can all teams try to provide an least 1 umpire to help on the day. It is a long day for player-umpires and non-player-umpires so it would really help if we could can get as many umpires as possible. They do not have to quailfied, but they should be confident.
This year’s charity is Me&Dee – “Gifting families with special memories when it’s needed most” As always, please bring a raffle prize and hand it over on registration on the day.
